Op15 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This page contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the op15 platform. Please read this document carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to modification from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the op15 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you are required to refrain from using the op15 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and op15 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any published changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The op15 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. op15 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to restrict access if this condition is not met.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on op15. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. op15 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. op15 will never request your password through any communication channel. All activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the op15 support team immediately at [email protected] for prompt action.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the op15 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or integrity-compromising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, identity fraud, money laundering, the use of automated software or bots to interact with the platform, and attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities.
Op15 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the relevant account without prior notice where the situation requires immediate action.
3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the op15 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via supported local payment methods including online banking and approved e-wallets. op15 does not accept direct cash payments.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to the chosen payment method and are subject to change. Current limits will be displayed in your account's finance section during the transaction process.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to successful identity verification. op15 reserves the right to request supporting documents to ensure transaction accuracy and comply with verification requirements.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in their respective terms. Failure to meet these requirements prior to withdrawal may result in the bonus being forfeited. Users are advised to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
Op15 is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of this platform, including loss of funds, data or business opportunities. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and we make no guarantee that services will be free from interruptions or technical errors.
In the event that the platform is unavailable due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance, op15 is not liable for any losses incurred by users during that period of unavailability.
Account Suspension and Closure
Op15 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms of use, is involved in fraudulent activity, or poses a platform security risk. Where an account is legitimately closed, any eligible balance will be returned to the user subject to the necessary investigation.
Users whose accounts have been terminated due to a breach of terms are not permitted to re-register using different information. Any such attempt will result in further action being taken.
Intellectual Property
All content on the op15 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of op15 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any such content without prior written permission from op15.
Use of the op15 brand name or any associated visual elements for marketing, advertising or other purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Third-Party Links and Services
The op15 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment processors and analytics tools. op15 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use or content of any such third-party websites or services.
Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms and privacy policies separately. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Op15 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Users will be notified via platform notifications or email if the changes are material.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
